AAA MODULE INTRO TO COPYWRITING


Course Code: IC/12/01 (subject to a minimum 8 participants)


Ideal entry level course for those wishing to get into Copywriting or those working
in positions that require writing of internal and external company communications.
After completing this course you will understand the role of the advertising
copywriter, and the craft and the process that it involves. You will be able to source concepts and put them to paper; write copy for the various media covered; present your creative work; evaluate creative concepts and utilise various techniques for unlocking creativity.
Duration: 9 weeks (18 Classes)
Lectures: Mondays and Thursdays

AAA MODULE ADVANCED COPYWRITING COURSE


Course Code: AC/12/01 (subject to a minimum 6 participants – max 12)

The course is targeted at individuals who have already completed an introductory
course in copywriting or are familiar with the theory of copywriting, the advertising
industry and have an understanding of the fundamental creative processes involved.
The only way to understand and develop your creative thinking processes, as well as craft your writing skills, is by putting them into practice – as frequently as possible. The Course has been developed to create a structured approach to the practical application of basic copywriting skills.

Duration: 12 weeks (12 Classes)
Lectures: Mondays once a week
Times: 18h00 – 21h00

This course is aimed at those with no previous experience of Photoshop.
Starting from scratch, this course will teach you from a practical point of view,
the art of digital image and photo manipulation, editing, modification and enhancement.

AAA MODULE IN WEBSITE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

This course has been specifically designed to enable you to master the
essentials to design, build and manage professional websites using
Adobe Dreamweaver and Flash CS4/5. This will cover creating, editing,
publishing and updating a website as well as adding elements to existing
sites and important site management issues, with the expertise to produce
and maintain innovative, professional websites.Flash is a web design and development tool of the future. This module covers all the Flash basics, importing, creating and editing vector graphics and working with text as well as creating animations, building a navigational system, creating interactive elements using built-in ActionScript behaviours, incorporating sound and video and publishing and
testing your Flash movies.

This course is entry level for persons wishing to get into Graphic Design.
After completing this course you will understand the role of the Graphic Designer,
the craft and the process that it involves. You will develop an awareness of design
elements and principles, become equipped with the basic design ability to execute a
number of different design tasks related to understanding and applying typography
and layout successfully.

This course is entry level and open to anyone who has the desire to find out what makes an Art Director. Not only as an Art Director, and the role they play,           but exactly what it takes, both in time and energy. This is a comprehensive course   with a strong emphasis on the practical application from concepts to execution     across many media types that art directors are involved in.
